You see he can add 0.02% and it would seem it makes no difference to you. However, brokers since 2008 have the obligation to show everything so you can compare. Don’t work with broker’s that keep the mortgage industry in the pre-2008 era where people where gauged. Work with a legitimate license broker. We have the same advantages than a broker with the added value of disclosing rates to the bare bone. Why take a chance and pay thousands more per year.
